No Refund Policy
All course purchases are non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but course access not provided within a reasonable time (after verification)
In such cases, users must contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.
Course Access Issues
If you face any issues accessing your course, our support team will assist you to resolve the problem. This does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Once enrolled, a course cannot be canceled. Access will remain active for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, lack of usage, or misunderstanding of course details. Users are advised to review course information carefully before enrolling.
Technical Issues
Temporary technical issues or platform downtime do not qualify for refunds. Our team will work to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
Payment Gateway Issues
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by the payment provider within their standard processing time.
